The review sources artifact was chosen since it is a detailed account of items to consider when making journal selections. This artifact shows the diverse criteria to consider in journal purchases.
The advocacy artifact was chosen since advocacy is one of the most important jobs a school library media specialist must continually do. This artifact reinforces the belief that parents are stakeholders. As a school library media specialist, this artifact emphasizes how partnerships should be created.
